Conveyancing Fee Earner - Bridgend - 2+ Years Experience

Department: Conveyancing
Location: Bridgend (hybrid flexibility)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (35h per week)
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role

You’ll be responsible for handling all aspects of conveyancing, including:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
  • Contributing to the strategic development of the department
  • Delivering excellent client service and maintaining relationships
