Are you a Conveyancing lawyer experienced in "high volume" property work and looking for a salary around £60,000pa - £70,000pa ?

Our client is a specialist property practice with offices based in South London, Dartford and Maidstone. You will be overseeing a busy caseload of freehold/leasehold sales/purchases and re-mortgages acting primarily for panel lenders. Any experience with lease extensions, shared ownerships, auction sales or Commercial Property sales & purchases would be an added advantage.

You will be working as part of a dedicated team with the support of junior assistants and support staff. Candidates must be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems in a fast paced and busy environment.

Basic salary, generous bonus scheme with OTE circa £60,000pa-£70,000pa
