Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Assistant in a Residential Conveyancing department.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and third parties by phone, email and occasionally face to face.
  • Collect key documents such as ID, mortgage offers and searches.
  • Keep the case management system and online platforms updated at all times.
  • Deliver excellent service to clients and business introducers.
  • Prepare legal documents needed throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Produce completion packs, including statements and invoices.
  • Manage post‑exchange tasks under direction from your manager.
  • Oversee completion day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Follow all internal policies and procedures.
  • Support your team with general admin when needed.
