Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all clients. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
  • Conduct searches and complete necessary documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure seamless communication and transaction flow.
  • Maintain and update client files and records accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team, including diary management and scheduling appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
Requirements
