The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold & leasehold)
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership and Help to Buy
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the process

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or highly experienced Fee Earner)
• Strong technical knowledge across all residential property matters
• Ability to manage files independently with confidence
