Contracts Manager - Civils & Groundworks

Region: Midlands, Yorkshire & North West
Head Office: Northamptonshire

Start: Immediate
Employment Type: Freelance or Permanent (packages available)

The Role:
  • Overseeing multiple civils and groundworks projects from pre-start through to completion
  • Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Monitoring health & safety, quality, and programme performance
  • Liaising with clients, engineers, and internal teams
  • Working from head office in Northamptonshire when not required on site
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within civils and groundworks
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery, commercial control, and health & safety
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence
