Contracts Manager (Education Projects) | £65,000 – £70,000 + Car / allowance + travel + discretionary bonus + 25 days holiday | Permanent | Redhill, Surrey

Responsibilities

• Oversee a range of new build and refurbishment projects within the education sector up to £5m.
• Manage projects on a permanent basis, based from Redhill, Surrey, with travel to sites in the Southern Home Counties; some projects may start in Kent and other nearby areas.
• Understand the 2-stage D&B procurement route.
• Able to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Presentable with strong client facing skills.
• Excellent man management skills.
