What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing reception duties, including incoming calls, post, deliveries and office supplies.
  • Assisting with the preparation and tracking of engineer job packs and client reports.
  • Updating documentation, drawings (using Visio) and internal registers to reflect project progress and KPIs.
  • Coordinating report reviews and issuing final documents to clients.
  • Supporting day‑to‑day office operations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Attending internal meetings and contributing to team activities.
  • Adhering to company policies regarding health & safety, equipment care and quality standards.
  • Using standard office software and equipment to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders.
