A non-profit organization is seeking a Children's Case Manager to provide comprehensive support to children with disabilities. This role is fully remote but requires residing near Scarborough, Maine for in-home visits. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has experience working with children. Pay is $65/hour with a rolling contract reviewed annually.

Qualifications

Overview

Morrison Center is seeking a Children's Case Manager, to be based in the Scarborough, Maine area. This role is fully remote but does require residing near the service area as it requires travel for in-home and community visits.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in this field as a Case Manager working with Children
  • Experience with children, families and familiarity with PCPs and the EIS System is preferred
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday. Flexible Schedule
Contract Details
  • Pay $65/hour
  • Duration: rolling contract that will be reviewed annually
  • Notice Period: 30 days are required for termination of the contract
Responsibilities
  • Work with children aged 6 months to 20 years who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Develop individualized support plans for clients using a person-centered planning approach.
  • Analyze support strategies to ensure that services effectively meet clients' needs.
  • Assist individuals and their families in identifying strategies to achieve their goals.
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory agencies, such as the Department of Health and Human Services.
  • Conduct monthly home visits.
  • Maintain effective communication and perform research as needed.
