Contract Sales Manager Bexley - Crook Log Leisure Centre

Overview

This is an outstanding career opportunity with a market leader committed to providing a diverse and meaningful range of leisure and culture related activities for the local communities in which we serve. This vital role will report directly to the Centre Manager of Crook Log Leisure Centre but also support the Sales Managers at Erith Leisure Centre and Sidcup Leisure Centre, achieving their targets also.

The Opportunity

You will be a key team member in the successful operation of the leisure facilities, with responsibilities for initiating and implementing promotional activity to drive sales. You will take responsibility for driving sales, revenue and profit across an interesting and diverse contract.

The Person

You will need to possess exceptional interpersonal skills and form working relationships with Industry Organisations whilst adhering to our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence. You will be highly organised, hungry for sales and results driven whilst being an effective team leader and team player. You need to possess the ability to drive individuals to maximise their sales potential to ensure all financial goals and targets are met.
