Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients on projects, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to map processes, identify pain points, and co-create solutions.
  • Apply design thinking and agile methodologies to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Gather feedback and data to refine processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external LegalTech providers.
  • Create and maintain stakeholder communication plans and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate stakeholders (clients, partners, lawyers, paralegals and business services) and run effective governance routines.
  • Maintain project documentation, including risk and issue logs, project plans, and resource analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise project updates and presentations to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing complex projects within professional services or corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience with design thinking and process improvement techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with project/reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and matter reporting.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with legal technology solutions (including AI‑enabled tools) and embedding change.
  • Degree‑level education; Law degree preferred but not essential.

Contract Details

TLT is seeking experienced Contract Project Managers to join us on a 3–6 month contract. This is a chance to work with a leading firm that values innovation, collaboration and excellence in delivery. The role is offered as an initial 3–6 month contract, with the potential for extension, and will be paid on a day rate via an Umbrella company.
