A leading Arboricultural services provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Arboricultural Contract Manager to oversee operations across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. This role holds responsibility for team management, financial performance, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive Arboricultural management experience and a Level 4 qualification in Arboriculture. Qualifications

• Recognised Arboricultural qualification essential.
• Proven track record in managing budgets and contracts up to 1.5M.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Arboricultural department and manage the operational team.
• Act as primary contact for clients and develop relationships.
• Ensure contracts are delivered efficiently and profitably.

Skills

Extensive experience in Arboricultural management

Strong IT skills (Excel, management software)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Education

Level 4 Certificate in Arboriculture or higher
