A well-established company in Greater London is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee access control works for their Westminster contract. The ideal candidate will manage reactive repairs, maintenance programmes and installations, boasting technical experience with access control systems and an understanding of engineering contracts. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary with additional benefits such as a car allowance, mobile phone, and development opportunities. Are you experienced within the Access Control sector and looking to join a long-established company who will actively invest in your continued development? Do you have an understanding of engineering contracts or programmes of works and want long-term job security at a company with an over 40-year history?
This company specialises in providing building support services for private and public sector clients. With over 40 years history and off the back of building a strong reputation within the industry, they are now looking for a Contract Manager to join the team.
In this role the successful candidate will manage and monitor reactive repairs, preventative planned maintenance programmes as well as installations and special projects for various access control works for their Westminster contracts. This will be a hybrid role with a split between home working, office working in North London and site visits into Westminster.
The ideal candidate will have good technical experience of access control systems and understand engineering contracts or programmes of works. They must have a full driving licence and be commutable to Enfield.
