A leading medical technology company in Garston is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to oversee contract management, ensuring compliance and collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a degree and has strong customer relationship management experience. This role operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring office attendance twice a week.

As our Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all contracts and agreements from tender award until contract expiration. You will ensure contracts are reviewed and interpreted to align with internal processes and commitment. This includes reviewing terms and conditions, negotiating terms that can impose a risk to Medtronic and managing changes or amendments upon conclusion. You will also be the go-to person for contractual queries, and it is expected that you partner with your stakeholders and understand initiatives they are currently working on that could impact on existing contracts. This role is offered on our hybrid base model which means you will be required to attend Medtronic office in Watford 2 days a week.
