Responsibilities

• Receive, check-in, and accurately record all equipment deliveries into the management system.
• Allocate stock and prepare job kits according to project requirements.
• Deliver equipment to JCI sites as required, supporting project managers to meet operational timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to support project scheduling.
• Operate and update company management systems and databases.
• Continuously review and improve logistics processes, bringing fresh ideas to enhance efficiency.
• Support the project management team with any ad-hoc logistics or stores requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all company health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a logistics, warehouse, or stores role.
• Computer literate, with experience operating inventory management systems.
• Possession of a clean UK driving licence (essential).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Process driven with the ability to identify and suggest improvements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to JCI sites for equipment deliveries

Preferred

• Experience in supporting project teams or construction/project environments.
• Experience with stock allocation and kit preparation.
