A leading food manufacturing company located in England is seeking a Team Manager to oversee production operations. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, setting performance targets, and developing team talent. Candidates should have supervisory experience in large-scale food operations and strong communication skills. Our Team Managers have the operation nailed. They’re responsible for driving results through their teams. It’s up to them to ensure their people are engaged, well‑managed and productive. It’s fast and ever‑changing – are you up for the challenge?
Shift: 4 on 4 off, working between 7am and 7pm on 12‑hour shifts (12‑hour rotation 6:00‑6:00 PM and 6:00‑6:00 AM). Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire (commutable from the A1, Wetherby, Leeds, Harrogate, etc.).
