Job summary

BD is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager for Continence Care. This field-based role covers the South West NHS accounts, with up to 80% travel. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers and convert opportunities through consultative, value-based selling.

You will develop territory growth plans, manage a high-quality pipeline and work with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption while achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly sales priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales to NHS or healthcare environment.
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across target NHS accounts.
• Create and deliver territory growth plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers, influencers and stakeholders.
• Generate demand through prospecting, networking and customer engagement.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with coverage to meet objectives.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand clinical, operational and commercial challenges.
• Present tailored solutions using consultative, value-based selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for customers, opportunities, forecasting and activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to overcome barriers and accelerate adoption.
• Deliver against weekly, monthly and quarterly sales priorities.
