This field-based role covers the West Midlands and NHS accounts, focusing on identifying unmet customer needs, consultative, value-based selling and building influential relationships with clinical and procurement stakeholders.

You will develop robust territory plans, maintain a high-quality pipeline and deliver solutions that bring meaningful value to patients and healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Proven NHS field-based sales track record.
• Experience building and converting a sales pipeline.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in complex organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation.
• Excellent territory management and organisational skills.
• Experience using CRM to manage opportunities and forecasting.
