Qualifications

• Proven record of success in field-based NHS sales.
• Experience building and converting a sales pipeline.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders within complex organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent territory management and execution.
• Experience using CRM to manage opportunities and forecasting.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices or complex B2B sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across NHS accounts.
• Create and deliver territory growth plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Generate demand through prospecting, networking and patient/customer engagement.
• Develop and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with coverage to meet objectives.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand clinical, operational and commercial challenges.
• Present tailored solutions using consultative and value-based selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and forecasting data in the CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to overcome barriers and accelerate adoption.
• Deliver against weekly, monthly and quarterly sales priorities.
