Job summary

BD is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to drive growth across Continence Care in the UK. This field-based role covers Greater Manchester, Lancashire and South Yorkshire, with travel up to 80% across the territory. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with NHS accounts and deliver value-based solutions.

You will develop territory plans, manage a robust pipeline, and work with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption of our medical technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven field-based NHS sales track record.
• Experienced in building and converting a sales pipeline.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in complex organisations.
• Strong negotiation and account-planning skills.
• Experience with value-based selling and health-care environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across target NHS accounts.
• Create and deliver territory growth plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
• Generate demand through prospecting and customer engagement.
• Develop and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with adequate coverage.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand clinical, operational and commercial challenges.
• Present tailored solutions using consultative, value-based selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecasting and activity information in CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate customer adoption.
• Deliver against weekly, monthly and quarterly sales priorities.
