BD, a global medical technology leader, is seeking a Territory Manager for Continence Care in the UK. Based field-based in the North East and Yorkshire, you will build a robust NHS-focused pipeline, win new business and deliver value through consultative, outcome-driven selling.

You will develop strategic territory plans, engage healthcare decision-makers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate patient access and adoption of solutions.

Qualifications

• A proven record of success in field-based sales to the NHS, including winning new business.
• Experience building, managing and converting a sales pipeline.
• The confidence to influence multiple stakeholders within complex organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and account-planning skills.
• Excellent territory management, organisation and execution.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and forecasting.
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or another complex B2B sales environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across target NHS accounts.
• Create and deliver territory growth plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers, influencers and other key stakeholders.
• Generate demand through prospecting, networking and purposeful customer engagement.
• Develop and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with sufficient coverage to achieve your objectives.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customers’ clinical, operational and commercial challenges.
• Present tailored solutions using consultative and value-based selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecasting and activity information within the CRM system.
• Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to overcome barriers and accelerate customer adoption.
• Deliver against weekly, monthly and quarterly sales priorities.
