G2 Legal is representing a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates. We are seeking Contentious Probate Solicitors (3+ PQE) to join a leading team and handle high-value matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Strong technical ability in contentious trusts and estates.
• Excellent client care skills and ability to manage own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will and inheritance disputes, trust and estate disputes, and executor/trustee disputes.
• Provide high-quality, client-focused advice and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
