Job summary

G2 Legal is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates.

You will manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will/inheritance matters, and operate with autonomy while benefiting from mentoring and a collaborative team. The role offers remote/hybrid working, work-life balance, and a clear path to Partnership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate
• Strong technical ability in will/trust disputes
• Excellent client care and independent caseload management

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including will and inheritance disputes
• Autonomously run matters with mentoring and support from a collaborative team
• Contribute to a boutique practice focused exclusively on contentious trusts and estates
