Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate
• Strong technical ability in disputed trusts and estates
• Excellent client care and caseload management

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including will and inheritance disputes
• Handle claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Oversee executor and trustee disputes with autonomy and collaboration
