Job summary

G2 Legal is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates. Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Strong technical ability and excellent client care skills.
• Confident managing own caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including will and inheritance disputes.
• Handle Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and trust/estate disputes.
• Challenge the validity and capacity of wills and executor/trustee disputes.
• Deliver high-quality client service while working with a collaborative team.
