G2 Legal is representing a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates. They seek a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join their expert team in a flexible, remote/hybrid role.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of complex disputes including will and inheritance disputes, trusts, and executor issues, with mentoring and a clear progression path to Partnership for high performers.

Qualifications

• Experience in contentious probate matters, including will and trust disputes.
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
