Job summary

G2 Legal seeks a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates. You will manage complex cases including will and inheritance disputes and Act 1975 claims, with autonomy and the support of a senior, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate
• Solid contentious probate experience
• Strong client care and technical ability

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including will and inheritance disputes
• Handle claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Oversee trust and estate disputes and executorship/administration issues
• Operate with autonomy while receiving mentoring from a collaborative team
