G2 Legal is recruiting a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates. The role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload with autonomy while working within a supportive, expert team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Strong technical ability and client care skills.
• Ability to manage own caseload with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including will and inheritance disputes, and executor/trustee disputes.
• Handle claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and related matters.
• Work with a collaborative team to develop specialist expertise while maintaining high-quality client service.
