You will manage a varied caseload of complex disputes and have the autonomy to develop specialist expertise within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate is required.
• Strong technical ability and excellent client care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will, inheritance, and trust disputes.
• Handle claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
• Provide autonomous case management with mentoring support from the team.
