Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Experience handling will, trust and estate disputes.
• Strong client care and technical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex probate disputes.
• Represent clients in Inheritance Act proceedings.
• Advise on validity and capacity of wills and executor disputes.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality, client-focused advice.
