Qualifications

• Applications welcomed from solicitors with 3+ years' PQE and solid contentious probate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will and inheritance disputes.
• Handle trust and estate disputes, executor and trustee disputes.
