Your role will include working very closely with the HOD on a quality caseload of Claimant & Defendant Probate disputes. Clients are often HNW, with overseas assets.

You:

To succeed in your application, you will:

• Be an experienced solicitor, ideally 3 or more years of PQE
• Have recent and relevant experience handling contested trust and probate matters and a solid understanding of the CPR
• Be a skilled practitioner, with excellent client facing skills
