Job Description

Lead the in-house content engine for an innovative AI-powered creative platform, driving massive organic growth and creator-led revenue. You'll be the on-camera presence, editor-in-chief of short-form content, and operator turning ideas into viral clips and installs. Leverage your personal brand, manage creator campaigns, and own the analytics loop to ensure data-driven success.

• Produce a constant stream of short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Run creator and artist campaigns end-to-end, from sourcing and briefing to publishing and measuring
• Own the analytics loop: manage dashboards, write weekly growth memos, and plan next tests

The ideal candidate

• A personal brand with 100k+ followers and a portfolio of short-form content that has performed
• Strong editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, or Descript, and an instinct for eye-catching thumbnails
• Analytical mindset: familiarity with UTMs, cohort analysis, installs per 100k views, CAC, and LTV
