About The Role

Full Time 39 Hours - Permanent

Hybrid working (Head Office Windermere – minimum 3 day per week)

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics and delivery of all marketing content requirements, including photography shoots, filming, graphic design and Fast Track SKU activity. Reporting into the Marketing Content Manager, this is a highly cross-functional and externally facing role, working closely with Marketing, Buying, Merchandising and Distribution Centre teams, as well as managing relationships with third-party suppliers to support a profitable, well-planned annual marketing calendar.

Sitting at the heart of the Content Team, you will ensure content is delivered smoothly, efficiently and to the highest creative standards. You will own the seasonal photography shoot calendar, liaising internally and externally to ensure output aligns with product storytelling priorities and meets creative execution standards. You will also coordinate product samples for external shoots and support internal photography and filming across website and social channels, ensuring all sets and locations are fully prepared.

You will own the annual Buying and Marketing Tracker on behalf of the Content Team, ensuring all in-stock products have the correct, high-quality content in place to enable timely launches and support trading needs. Alongside this, you will take ownership of the image database, Hubble, keeping all product and campaign assets accurate, up to date and regularly cleansed so stakeholders across the business can access the right content for their channels.

The role also supports content production and post-production, assisting with photo retouching, resizing and basic video editing. You will produce weekly reports for marketing stakeholders, including competitor analysis, upcoming product launches and any actions required. In addition, you will support the Marketing Content Manager with Press Office administration, such as sending samples to media and influencers, and by building strong cross‑functional relationships at all levels to ensure work is delivered on time and to the required standards.

About You

You’ll be extremely well organised and deadline driven, with the ability to plan and juggle multiple concurrent timelines. You’ll need to have excellent communication kills to coordinate with cross functional colleagues and you’ll need to be able to influence others around a common purpose.

You’ll be confident and not phased by dealing with external suppliers and Lakeland people at all levels of the business.

You’ll need to be a strong self‑starter; solution oriented and have a can do attitude.

It’s important you’re a team player, able to collaborate with others whilst positively challenging and welcoming feedback to drive self improvement

Essential experience

ESSENTIAL

Experience of working in a coordination or planning function, preferably B2C and ideally in a multichannel business with a significant online presence.

  • Knowledge and experience using design software e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, video editing app’s
  • Good computer literacy - Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

IDEAL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

  • Project management
  • Bespoke software solutions
  • Marketing and/or Buying & Merchandising experience
