We are evolving our marketing content operations by centralising creative assets into a unified system that enables more efficient creation and reuse. You will help partner teams establish cataloguing workflows while curating both final and component assets to ensure accuracy, discoverability, and long-term usability. We are looking for a proactive individual who can analyse problems and develop solutions with guidance. This role suits someone with foundational marketing or production knowledge and an interest in expanding their understanding of the global content journey.

Reporting to the Product Owner, as a Content Librarian you will:
  • Support content creator teams in cataloguing assets within a central environment.
  • Upload and apply metadata to content to ensure usability and findability.
  • Provide user support, including account requests and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to tagging frameworks and metadata standards for cataloguing.
  • Validate and QA content as it is catalogued to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate as a member of the Content Librarian team.
  • Locate final content for internal needs (e.g., marketing requests, intern fairs, town halls).
  • Contribute to product requirements and participate in QA testing for the centralised repository.
The Next Great EA Content Librarian Will Bring
  • 1+ years of experience working with marketing content or assets.
  • Handle many tasks simultaneously and prioritise work.
  • An understanding of marketing and digital content asset libraries.
  • Knowledge of content labelling and familiarity with AI-assisted prompting.
  • Familiarity with creative digital marketing content components.

This role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Guildford office.
