Title Content Creator Engagement Director (Gaming) – UK Remote (£80,000 – £120,000)

Location Fully remote (UK based)

Job description A revolutionary gaming product is launching in 2025 and top creators will want early access. We need one UK-based specialist who already lives inside the gaming creator ecosystem and can open doors at scale for this client.

This is a pure relationship and sales role. The mission is to turn leading gaming creators on Twitch, YouTube, Kick and TikTok into paid and organic advocates for the product, starting in the UK and rapidly expanding into the US.

What you’ll own
  • Personally own warm relationships with mid-to-top-tier gaming creators across the UK and US
  • Pitch and close partnership deals with creators who drive gaming culture (Fortnite, Valorant, Roblox, FC25, GTA VI, Warzone, variety streamers, speedrunners and similar)
  • Negotiate contracts, set clear KPIs and deliver high-impact content
  • Provide direct feedback from creators to the product team and shape future features
  • Manage ongoing creator relationships and performance reporting
Must-haves
  • 5–10 years experience in gaming creator partnerships (agency side or in-house at a major platform / brand)
  • Existing, active relationships with UK and US gaming creators that can be activated immediately
  • Proven track record of closing significant creator campaigns
  • Deep, current knowledge of gaming culture in 2025 and what makes specific creators exceptionally influential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both young creators and senior brand stakeholders
Nice-to-have
  • Experience with Red Bull, G Fuel, Razer, Scump, Nickmercs, Courage, TimTheTatman, Kai Cenat, IShowSpeed or similar ecosystems
  • Previous success introducing a brand-new gaming product to creators
