Job summary

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Retail Lead - Consumer Experience in Croydon to deliver world-class service and maintain a premium brand experience. You will coach a small team, drive sales targets, and ensure NIKE standards across the store while supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

Demonstrable customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
Ability to manage a small team of peers.
Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours (7am-10pm), weekends and evenings.
