Nike Bicester is looking for a Retail Lead (40 hrs full time) to join our team and provide world‑class service to the consumer. As a Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consumer service and ensuring a premium brand experience. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate employees, maintain an excellent work atmosphere, support daily business management to achieve sales targets (digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor and promotional campaigns), identify and solve problems with store leadership, be a brand ambassador for NIKE’s initiatives, and ensure compliance with all NIKE standards and guidelines.

• Commercial: Support a team that delivers efficient product receiving, inventory accuracy, visual presentation standards, and timely monthly initiative launches.
• Athlete Experience: Ensure the team delivers the highest quality athlete experience.
• Consumer Experience: Lead by example to deliver sales floor service and bring the consumer journey to life.
