Job summary

Nike Swindon is seeking a Retail Lead (40 hrs FULL TIME) to join our team and deliver world-class service to customers. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate the store team while maintaining a premium brand experience and achieving sales targets, including digital services and promotions.

As a Lead, you will ensure NIKE standards across the store, be a brand ambassador, and support daily operations with a focus on athlete experience and consumer journey.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a small team of peers.
• Effective communicator and brand ambassador.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours (40 hr FULL TIME).

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class consumer service and premium brand experience.
