Job summary

Nike Croydon is seeking a Retail Lead - Consumer Experience to deliver world-class service and a premium Nike brand experience.

You will coordinate, coach, and motivate store colleagues to hit sales targets across in-store and digital services, including visual merchandising and campaigns, while upholding NIKE standards and driving an inclusive team culture.

Flexibility with retail hours (7am-10pm) and weekends is required, with a supportive work environment and generous employee discounts.

• Ability to manage a small team of peers.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.

Nike Croydon is looking for a Retail Lead - Consumer Experience to provide world-class service to the consumer.

What you bring:

Join the NIKE, Inc. team! As a Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consumer service and ensuring a premium brand experience to our consumers. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate the employees in your area while maintaining an excellent work atmosphere. You will support the management of the daily business in your area to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotional campaigns. You will identify and solve problems in partnership with your store leadership and be a brand ambassador for NIKE's initiatives. You will also ensure the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines.

Our leads specialize in one business area but will support cross-functionally

• COMMERCIAL: You will support a team that can deliver efficient receiving of product, inventory accuracy to visual presentation standards, and make timely monthly initiative launches
• ATHLETE EXPERIENCE: You will ensure the team is equipped to deliver the highest quality athlete experience.
• CONSUMER EXPERIENCE: You will lead by example and deliver our sales floor service to bring the consumer journey to life.
