Consulting Director – Strategy & Transformation (Telecoms & Digital Infrastructure)

I’ve partnered with a specialist strategy and consulting firm at the forefront of telecoms, digital infrastructure, and technology transformation to help them hire an experienced Consulting Director to join their senior leadership team.

This role is ideal for a senior consulting professional who thrives on winning new business, leading high-impact strategy projects, and shaping the growth of a boutique, high-performing consultancy.

What You’ll Do :

As a Consulting Director, you’ll divide your time between business development, project leadership, and strategic firm initiatives. Specifically, you will :

  • Lead and oversee projects end-to-end — from initial client discussions and proposal development to final delivery.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing opportunities with both new and existing clients.
  • Take ownership of flagship (“trophy”) clients and explore new practice areas where the firm is expanding.

Mentor and develop consulting talent — guiding senior and junior consultants through project development and career progression.
