WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and campaigns.
  • Provide clear political and policy insights that help clients anticipate challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Draft high-quality materials - from strategy papers to client presentations - with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, keeping projects on track and aligned to client objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across our data & insights, policy, sustainability, and international teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and networks in politics, business, and civil society.
  • Contribute to new business efforts by developing ideas, supporting pitches, and spotting opportunities for growth.
  • Stay ahead of political, regulatory, and business trends, sharing insights with colleagues and clients.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a political or public affairs role - such as Parliament, devolved administrations, political campaigns, agency, or in-house.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience engaging directly with clients, with the confidence to contribute to meetings and build lasting relationships.
  • A track record of delivering research and analysis that informs strategy and drives impact.
  • A strong network across politics and an understanding of how campaigns are built and delivered.
  • Knowledge of issues management and an ability to think strategically under pressure.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for clients and for the consultancy.
