A neurodevelopmental healthcare provider is seeking a Consultant Adult Psychiatrist to deliver high-quality psychiatric care, focusing on ADHD assessment and treatment. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, medication management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must have GMC registration and relevant qualifications in adult psychiatry. This position offers a salary of £150,000, with flexibility for full-time or part-time remote working opportunities.
As a Consultant Adult Psychiatrist at RTN Medical, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychiatric input across the ADHD assessment and treatment pathway. You will assess and confirm diagnoses, initiate and review ADHD medication where appropriate, and support post-diagnostic care in collaboration with our MDT. You will play a vital clinical role in ensuring safe, effective, and person‑centred treatment for clients across the lifespan, with flexibility to tailor your caseload around your specialist strengths and interests. Additional Information:
RTN Medical welcomes applications from Consultant Psychiatrists who are on the GMC Specialist Register in General Adult Psychiatry and passionate about advancing excellence in ADHD assessment and treatment. For clinicians with limited ADHD‑specific experience, full training, supervision, and mentorship will be provided to ensure confidence and consistency in practice. Where additional training is required, an initially reduced salary may apply, with review and progression as competencies are achieved
