This is a new and exciting role working with a Managing Director who is known for being open, supportive and great fun to work with. The team has fantastic staff retention because people are genuinely valued, developed and looked after.
This is a centre based role 85 percent at the centre and 15 percent of the role visiting learners in the workplace, with a relaxed atmosphere that would suit someone who has a good sense of humour and a passion for helping learners progress and achieve.
You will play a key role in delivering high quality construction skills training, helping them build the confidence and capability they need to succeed.
