Join Our Team as a Construction Technician!

Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity in education? South Staffordshire College is a vibrant and forward-thinking institution, and we're seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic team as a Construction Technician at our TORC and Tamworth Campuses.

Your Role:

As a Construction Area Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our TORC and Tamworth Campuses. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the preparation of materials and equipment before, during and after sessions (including the cutting and machining of timber), ensure acceptable standards of housekeeping and cleanliness are maintained, machine maintenance and servicing in line with requirements, ordering materials and equipment, maintaining health and safety in the environment alongside general duties to ensure the learners have the opportunities to be successful.

Your role will directly contribute to shaping the future of our students and support them into the construction industry.
