A national law firm with a strong reputation for its culture, training and quality of work is looking to recruit a newly qualified solicitor into its transactional construction team in Manchester.

The team advises developers, contractors, funders and public sector bodies on the full range of non-contentious construction matters. Typical work includes drafting and negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and supporting major development and regeneration projects.
