Construction Solicitor – Highly Regarded Firm | Manchester (Competitive salary)

Are you ready to take the next step in your construction law career? This is an exciting opportunity for a talented solicitor to join a market-leading team in Manchester, working on some of the most high‑profile and complex projects across the UK and beyond.

What You’ll Do

As the first line of support for our partners, you’ll bring your experience and expertise to a team known for its quality and impact. You’ll be advising clients across a range of sectors including living, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport. Your work will span:

• Consultant appointments, warranties, and construction / development contracts.
• Advising government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, constructors, and sub‑contractors.
• Supporting projects through procurement, including facilities management.
• Advising professional teams on dispute avoidance and resolution mechanisms.
• Taking the lead on matters, developing your own client relationships, and, as the team grows, supporting with line management responsibilities.

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (5+ Years PQE guideline, though all levels considered).
• Proven experience advising on high‑quality construction projects and related legal matters.
• Strong understanding of both contentious and non‑contentious construction law.
• Client‑focused, commercially astute, and eager to grow within a supportive, high‑performing team.
