A leading water utility company in the UK seeks an experienced Construction Safety Advisor to support construction teams in maintaining safety compliance with CDM regulations. You will conduct site inspections and develop HSE policies while collaborating with project teams. The role demands a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and a degree in a relevant field. This position offers a salary up to £60,000 per annum and includes benefits such as 26 days' annual leave, a car allowance, and a generous pension scheme.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Advisor to support our construction teams by ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, maintaining high standards of on‑site safety, and contributing to Human & Organisational Performance (HOP) initiatives. You will be a key partner to project and design teams, bridging the gap between regulatory frameworks and practical site execution.
Base location: Reading – with travel required
Working pattern: 36 Hours
