Project Manager - BTR / Student Accommodation

Location: South West
Salary: £70,000+

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of a major high-rise concrete frame BTR/student accommodation scheme. The project has just passed Gateway 2 and requires an experienced No.1 PM with strong technical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a high-rise PBSA/BTR development as No.1.
• Manage programme, cost, safety, and quality across all packages.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Report directly to senior leadership and act as main client contact.
• Ensure compliance with Building Safety Act requirements.
