About the Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects within the heritage and public sectors. You will oversee planning, procurement, contract management, stakeholder engagement, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple heritage-related capital projects from inception to completion.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies, contractors, consultants, and community stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector procurement and project governance processes.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting requirements.
  • Promote sustainable construction practices and conservation principles.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in project management within the public or heritage sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of conservation, planning regulations, and working with listed buildings or scheduled monuments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
